TAKE NOTICE:  That applications for consent have been made by Bruce Palangi on behalf of the property owner, Zeynab Kamaly Pilehrood

PURPOSE:  The application seeks to sever 726 m² from 83 Boyne Street and create the new lot 81 Boyne Street.
