The Human Resources Department provides support to Members of Council, Management and Employees. We also provide information to members of the public regarding career opportunities and facilitate fair and equitable recruitment practices. Some other areas of our expertise include health & safety, compensation/benefits & pension administration, training & development, recommendations based on employment law, policy and procedure development and maintenance of employee records.
